Anup Kapadia is the founder & CEO of Transformative Technologies Private Limited. Anup is a co-founder of Maitreya Capital and Business Services Private Limited, a non-banking finance company providing business finance to micro and small entrepreneurs, and is part of the promoter group at Hester Biosciences Limited, a biologicals company in animal health. Anup is actively involved as a promoter investor in several ventures engaged in supply chain logistics Lifesciences and edu-tech. Anup is also a a part of Board of Directors of Global Hospitals (IHH Healthcare), Amrit Jal Ventures Private Limited and Divyam Renewable Energy Private Limited.
Anup has extensive experience in advising clients across a range of industries on transactions involving acquisitions, equity raising, listing in capital markets, stake enhancements, project advisory, joint ventures, disposals, and corporate structuring, Risk assessment and valuations of projects businesses, financial products, brands, and licensing products.

Anup has worked with Kotak Mahindra (1993-1997) Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services (1998-00) and HSBC (2001-2007), N.M. Rothschild and Sons (India) Limited (2007-12) and HDFC Bank (2012-14) where he started the investment banking advisory business. Through these years he has built relationships with key leaders at corporates, banks, financial institutions, law firms and accounting advisers.
Ayush has finished activities related to the development of several financial models for valuing debt and equity in mergers and acquisitions as well as capital raising procedures in his current position for Healthcare, Food Processing and Agri Tech industry. His expertise is in the production of portfolio presentations, making product offerings, presenting private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and creating and reviewing the documents used in the financing of clients, such as investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks. Create partnerships with both new and existing customers to expand the company, Ayush has had positions across all domains.
His professional background informs his role as a core team member for the social impact and Transportation startup Driver Bandhu. He has worked with startups in the fields of agritech, edtech, logistics, and transportation from the pre-seed through growth stages. He was a Co-owner of the Rithas: a beverages and shakes company.
Prashant’s 10+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and FMCG industry spans the domains of Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions. A Chartered Accountant ; Advanced Diploma in Management Accounts, Finance and Costing from CIMA (UK); Masters in Commerce and CFA (USA) Level I cleared, Prashant has always been a people’s person with a balanced equation of patience and deliverables. Co-founder at Stratvisors Healthcare Private Limited ; a Boutique Investment Advisory company based at Mumbai focused into Strategy, Private Equity and Virtual CFO. Passionate about working with companies in their formative phase and being closely involved with portfolio companies in their strategic and financial planning stage and to assist Family Offices and Ultra HNIs to identify target companies for Private Equity Investment and additionally ensure Portfolio Company management / Governance through internal Virtual CFO model.
Prashant loves to study on new business concepts , travel and indulge in food and believes in paying back to society. He has travelled to more than 20 countries and loves to understand their cultures and lifestyle. Prashant is always seen experimenting with new gadgets / technology, and is the go to person in the office for any technology problem.
